I’ve been a cheer mom for over seven years, and let me tell you—this sport is not for the faint of wallet. Between uniforms, choreography, travel, and competition fees, I quickly realized cheerleading costs as much strategy as it does spirit.

As a lifelong budgeting nerd, I knew I needed a system to keep us from drowning in receipts while still soaking up every moment of my daughter’s cheer journey. That’s how My Cheer Budget was born: part money management, part sanity saver, and always sprinkled with humor (because sometimes if you don’t laugh, you cry at the hotel invoice).

Here, you’ll find planners, printables, and even a little cheer mom swag—all designed to help families like ours get organized, stress less, and maybe even laugh along the way. Every tool is created by someone who’s lived it: the last-minute uniform scramble, the overpriced concessions, the hotel “group rate” that somehow isn’t a deal.

We design everything in-house and work with trusted U.S.-based print shops to make sure our physical products are high-quality, made-to-order, and shipped from the closest spot to you (because nobody likes waiting when comp season is looming).
