What I Spent: New Practice Wear

We are deep into preparations for next cheer season in our house. Two teams from our gym are competing at Worlds this weekend, and six more will be competing at Summit in a few days—so proud to cheer them on from home!

Our gym released a new set of official practice attire so the Summit teams could wear them leading up to the competition. They are bright tangerine orange and SUPER sparkly! Everyone wears the same bra, and each athlete got to select either shorts or a flouncy skirt. Although only the Summit teams were required to purchase the set right now, all athletes had the option to buy because it will be used as one of the mandatory practice sets for next season. Even though Laurel is done for the season (after taking 2nd place at Regional Summit!!), we went ahead and bought the set. It was too cute and this way she can start wearing it right away when practices start in June.
